Head of Marketing/UA Manager

We are seeking a Head User Acquisition Manager to join this VC-backed start-up – to drive growth on the mobile platform and become a key partner in the company's long term success.

Task

Execute and manage the Marketing department for a high growth start up working on an innovative
and ambitious storytelling platform.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive ElectricNoir’s marketing strategy that maximises growth within our Platform.

  • Establish a data-driven approach within Marketing, defining the metrics and product goals based on audience analytics and growth trends.

  • Work closely with ElectricNoir’s studio leadership to define marketing brief/vision and strategy.

  • Support the launch of new content, and provide insights to maximise market potential

  • Be a key stakeholder in the expansion and building of the Marketing team at Electric Noir.

  • Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns

  • Manage and allocate budget to marketing campaigns across various channels to drive strong return on investment and achieve set targets

  • Communicate the insights to the game team to bring a data-driven approach to development

  • Define, set up and kick off the studio’s user acquisition strategy

 

Essential

  • A strong communicator and leader.

  • Knowledge of the mobile market and how best to position our product.

  • Experience in liaising with Platform holders and securing features.

  • Someone who is able to drive all aspects of the marketing plan and has experience with different areas from UA/KPI’s and Community Management.

  • Experience in managing storefronts for IOS and Android.

  • Experience in liaising with Product teams to build out KPI forecasts and analyse the games performance.

  • Hands-on experience in managing user acquisition campaigns at scale

  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to build our UA strategy from the ground up

  • Strong communication skills - both with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to identify, analyze and communicate trends

  • Experience in creative optimization and iterative approach to testing

Bonus

  • Startup experience from conception to high growth

  • Experience in ASO, Social Media Marketing is a plus
